Do It Sports is an online registration company for various running races, marathons, dogwalks, bike races and also handles donations for various charities. If your credit card statement reads something like DOITSPORTS.COM/EVENT FEE, you most likely participated in one of our client events. If you don't recall participating in some event in the recent past, please check with relatives or others who might have access to your credit card. top Why can't I register more than one person at a time?/ or pay for more then one person? The race needs important info on each individual runner as well as waiver agreement from each entrant. top How do I edit my registration? To change your login information click here to update your email, name, password, etc. top How do I know if my registration was successful? You would have received a confirmation as well as receiving an email confirmation provided you entered an email address. top Why didn't I get a confirmation via email? Can you resend another? Your email address was entered wrong or your didn't provide one. I can resend you one, not a problem. top Why is my user name and password not working? Could be a typo in your user name or password. Internet settings must allow for session cookies. top How can I change the information of my profile that comes up when I log in? Click here to go to your personal workspace. You can update your personal information, change your password, edit your bulletin board notifications, view your registrations and make changes to your registration information. Note: If the event has already downloaded your information you will not be able to update that registration. You should contact the event to make the changes for you. top How do I view my Online Donations on my Personal Donations Page? For events using the donation program an individualized link to your 'Donation Tools' is created for each online entrant at the time of registration and is sent in your confirmation. If you do not register online, you can also have a personal donations page created for you without registering to participate in the event. Login to your training program at http://www.doitsports.com/pvt/. To subscribe, click on the "Register for a Virtual Training Program". To cancel your registration, click on the "Modify your email delivery options". To change your registration, click on the "Cancel program" links provided on that same page. top How do I view results/ my results are wrong how can they get updated? Event directors can post results after each event. To view results for a specific event go to http://www.runningnetwork.com/ and click on "National Results" in the upper left hand corner. If your event is not listed, you will need to contact the event director to inquire as to when results will be posted. Contact information for the event can usually be found on the events website. top How do I make a donation on behalf of someone?
